The CSH01.3C-PL-ENS-MA1-CCD-L2-S-NN-FW is an advanced industrial control unit manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to control the operation of industrial motors used in industrial and commercial production and processing machines. This industrial control unit is an environmentally friendly device that does not generate any noise during operation and is free of dangerous chemical substances such as asbestos and silicon. This industrial control unit requires connection to a compatible power supply unit to form a rapid response drive controller that is compatible with a wide range of industrial motor designs, including the MSK, MDH, and Hiperface motor series. The housing of this control panel provides it with protection according to the IP20 protection category; however, to ensure complete protection, the controller should be installed into an additional control cabinet that can meet at least the IP54 protection class.
The CSH01.3C-PL-ENS-MA1-CCD-L2-S-NN-FW control unit features a user-friendly control panel comprising a display unit and a keypad. The control unit allows the industrial operator to communicate smoothly with the controller in real-time. Under ideal operating conditions, this controller maintains an operational efficiency of about 95 per cent over a broad motor speed range.
