The CSH01.3C-PL-ENS-EN1-CCD-L2-S-NN-FW controller is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the CSH Advanced Controllers series. The unit forms the command section of IndraDrive power modules, processing feedback signals and issuing drive-level setpoints for coordinated multi-axis automation. By integrating process I/O, encoder evaluation, and certified safety logic, it supplies deterministic control functions required in assembly lines, packaging machines, and other industrial motion platforms.

Incoming analog feedback lines have an input resistance of 160 kOhm, so connected sensors are not heavily loaded by the interface. The module can source an analog command of 5 V at 1 mA, allowing direct speed or torque references to external stages. Idle power draw remains at 8.5 W, which is useful when multiple axes share a cabinet supply. Each digital output may deliver up to 0.5 A, supporting contactor coils and status lamps without external relays. For real-time drive coordination, the card operates as a SERCOS III Master, while engineering access is provided through a 100Base-TX RJ-45 port.
