Product Description:
Many users choose Bosch Rexroth for its high quality and reliability. Its IndraDrive system is a widely used product for diverse applications. The drive controllers in this drive system are especially well-suited for machine tools, food processing and packaging machines, printing and paper processing machines, and handling and mounting equipment.
The CSH01.3C-PL-EN1-EN2-CCD-L2-S-NN-FW is a model of the CSH control sections in the ADVANCED range by Bosch Rexroth. Its connection to encoders with a supply voltage of 5V is via its encoder evaluation interface. These encoders are the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1 and sense lines, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track. The control section also has a Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation interface for encoder systems with a supply voltage of DC 8V or AC 18.2V peak-peak. Some examples of these encoders are the Resolver without data memory, the hall sensor box SHL01.1, and digital servo feedback by Rexroth. It allows the use of firmware, but this is ordered separately.
Parallel interface is one of the communication modules in the CSH01.3C-PL-EN1-EN2-CCD-L2-S-NN-FW. It has 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs combined in groups of 4 inputs and 4 outputs each. Cross communication is also present in the CSH control section per the IEEE 802.3 standard and is used as a "master" for cross communication. Both modules have corresponding LEDs that indicate their operating states. With Safe Torque Off (STO) as its safety technology module, the CSH control section has a cost-effective solution for preventing the drive from restarting unintentionally. It has a typical inrush current of 4A.
