Its IndraDrive drive controllers consist of two essential components: the control section and the power section. The CSH control sections are single-axis units with multiple interfaces. They are used in machine tools and paper processing machines.
The CSH01.3C-PB-ENS-MA1-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW is a Bosch Rexroth CSH control section in the ADVANCED range. It features a standard control panel, with which users can set the drive address, start the basic load defaults procedure, set the analog outputs, and establish the position data reference. This control panel has a single-line display showing its operating states, command and error diagnoses and pending warnings. It is also equipped with four operating keys for navigating its functions and triggering simple commands. To accommodate the use of this CSH model in industrial areas, its connection points have spring terminals and screw terminal blocks. They ensure reliable and long-lasting performance by providing secure connections.
Some of the encoders that can be connected to the CSH01.3C-PB-ENS-MA1-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW include the Resolver without data memory, the Hall sensor box SHL01.1, and Digital servo feedback by Rexroth. They are connected to the CSH model via its Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation interface for encoders with a supply voltage of DC 8V or AC 18.2V peak-peak. With its Analog I/O Extension, users can increase the number of analog channels in the control section. Alternatively, it can be used to equip the control with analog channels of better resolution. The module provides 2 differential analog input channels ( ±10V) and 2 analog output channels ( ±10V), each with 12-bit resolutions.
