CSH01.3C-PB-ENS-EN2-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is a control section. It performs control signal processing for Bosch Rexroth IndraDrive controllers. Other components of these control sections include a power section, a control panel and the firmware. The features supported by the controller depend on the installed hardware and firmware. Bosch supplies several firmware versions for control sections. Bosch also supplies a wide range of optional hardware modules for control sections. Two types of control panels are available: standard and comfort. The CSH01.3C-PB-ENS-EN2-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is a device that is only compatible with standard control panels. This type of control panel has a single-line display and 4-button keypad. Standard control panels for CSH controllers do not support hot plug and must be connected or disconnected when the control section is powered off. The power consumption of the control sections consists of the components for basic equipment and optional equipment.
The control sections are supplied via the terminal connectors 24 Volt and 0 Volt at the power section (24 Volt supply). According to the options with which the configurable control sections have been equipped, the power consumption of the optional modules has to be added. This does not change the data for inrush current and pulse width. Power consumption for the basic equipment i.e. control section is 8.5 Watts. The typical inrush current is 4 Amps and the maximum pulse width is 100 milliseconds. Optional equipment installed on the CSH01.3C-PB-ENS-EN2-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW include two encoder modules, a cross communication module, and a Profibus master communication module. The cross communication module with SERCOS III support draws 1 Watt power. The encoder modules installed on the CSH01.3C-PB-ENS-EN2-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW both draw 6 Watts each. The Profibus adapter draws 2 Watts.
