The CSH01.3C-PB-EN1-ENS-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW is a single-axis control card produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the CSH Advanced Controllers series. Installed in IndraDrive power sections, the card executes position, velocity, and torque loops for electric servomotors used in industrial automation cells, packaging equipment, and material-handling lines. It provides local encoder evaluation alongside networked command processing, so machine builders can synchronize motion across multiple axes while keeping the drive footprint compact.

Two analog reference channels deliver a maximum output of 5 V or 1 mA, letting external controllers feed speed or torque commands without digital conversion. For primary feedback, Encoder Interface 1 supports resolver and High-Speed Sine formats; the resolver winding is excited by 8 VDC at 4 kHz and returns a differential signal of 18.2 Vpp that the card converts into absolute shaft position. Encoder Interface 2 accepts IndraDyn, HIPERFACE, or 1 Vpp signals, giving flexibility when mixed motor families share the same axis group. With its Cross-Communication role set to Master, the card can broadcast setpoints to auxiliary drives on the same fiber ring, reducing PLC traffic.

For higher-level field integration the unit features a PROFIBUS-DP interface, accessed through a D-Sub 9-pin female connector, so standard PLCs can adjust parameters or read diagnostic data in cyclic or acyclic frames. The secondary encoder supply (ENS) delivers 11.6 VDC with up to 500 mA to power HIPERFACE or IndraDyn transducers without additional cabling. Machine safeguarding is implemented through the Safe Motion platform; the dedicated safety input accepts 24 V at 3 mA, while the safety transistor output can switch loads to 24 V / 0.5 A for STO relays or contactors during emergency stops.
