CSH01.2C-SE-ENS-EN1-CCD-S1-S-NN-FW is a control section. It is part of Bosch Rexroth’s CSH series of advanced and configurable control sections. The control section is a primary component of IndraDrive motors controllers. Other controller components include a power section and a control panel. Firmware for the control section must be ordered as a separate item. Bosch provides type plates on its equipment that help to identify the equipment and its specifications. Two type plates are attached to each CSH series control section. A control section type plate lists information related to the control section. Operators can use information on this type plate to verify control section specifications and other relevant information. A firmware type plate on the control section helps to identify the installed firmware version. A separate type plate is also attached to each power section.
The CSH01.2C-SE-ENS-EN1-CCD-S1-S-NN-FW comes with several pre-installed hardware modules. The master communication module on the unit supports SERCOS. Other options for master communication include Profibus, MultiEthernet and CANopen. In addition, the control section is equipped with an encoder IndraDyn module with Hiperface support and an encoder HSF /RSF module. The unit also features a safety module that supports safety technology I/O. Operators can use a standard control panel to configure and monitor the control section. This control panel features a digital display and a four-button keypad. The control panel is not suited for hot plug, In order for it to be recognized, it must have been plugged in when the drive controller is switched on. Optimal control section operation requires 0 to 40 degrees Celsius temperature and 0 to 1000 meters site elevation. Control section use outside these limits can lead to equipment malfunction.
