Product Description:

The CSH01.2C-PL-ENS-ENS-CCD-S1-S-NN-FW is a state-of-the-art control unit produced by Rexroth Indramat to accurately control the operation of electric motors in the servo system. This control unit is a durable and compact industrial machine that is designed according to the IP20 protection class. The control unit is also an environmentally friendly device that does not generate a high degree of noise during operation and is free of dangerous chemical substances such as asbestos and mercury. Under ideal operating conditions, this control unit maintains an operational efficiency of about 95 per cent, it can also be used with a wide range of production and processing machines including metal forming machines, food processing machines, paper converting machines and lots more.  The housing of this industrial control unit provides it with protection against external interference from large solid foreign substances, however, for complete protection, the controller requires integration into an additional control cabinet that can meet at least the IP20 protection class.

The CSH01.2C-PL-ENS-ENS-CCD-S1-S-NN-FW advanced control unit features the PROFIBUS command communication module which controls the communication between the control unit and higher-level control devices in the servo system. The operational temperature of this control unit is regulated via forced ventilation, to aid this temperature regulation process, the controller should be installed in a position that allows for the easy movement of cool air.

The CSH01.2C-PL-ENS-ENS-CCD-S1-S-NN-FW industrial control unit can be operated at five different switching frequencies including 2, 4, 8, 12, and 16 kilohertz. The cycle time for current control for this device is 125 microseconds, however, for velocity control, it is about 250 microseconds. This industrial control unit should not be operated at an ambient temperature that exceeds 40 degree Celsius.
