Efficient motion control is guaranteed with Bosch Rexroth’s ultra-modern products. The drive controllers in its IndraDrive system are designed to control electrical motors and monitor their operation. They have two essential components: the control section and the power section. Its CSH control sections are modular single-axis types.
The CSH01.2C-PB-EN2-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is a configurable CSH control section in the ADVANCED range by Bosch Rexroth. It is a Design-2 model featuring a standard encoder evaluation interface for encoders with 5V supply ratings. Examples of these encoders are the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the EnDat 2.1 interface and sense lines, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track. With its compact size, the single-axis control section is designed for simplified mounting and dismounting from the power section, but this action should not exceed 20 times. It also accommodates the use of firmware, but this must be ordered separately. Its connection points are equipped with spring terminals and screw terminal blocks.
PROFIBUS is the master communication module of the CSH01.2C-PB-EN2-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW. It permits the cyclical exchange of specified and actual values, including status signals and diagnostic messages within the control system. There are LEDs on the control section, which are useful for assessing its functions and operating states. The CSH model features a standard control panel whose single-line display shows the device’s operating states, command and error diagnoses and pending warnings. It also has operating keys for performing various functions like establishing the position data reference, starting the basic load defaults procedure, and setting the drive address. Its maximum pulse width is 100ms, while its typical inrush current is 4A.
