The CSH01.2C-PB-EN2-ENS-CCD-S1-S-NN-FW is a state-of-the-art industrial control unit designed by Rexroth Indramat according to the American and European quality standards. This control unit a compact housing unit that provide it with protection according to the IP20 protection class, it also maintains an operational efficiency of about 95 percent during operation. The CSH01.2C-PB-EN2-ENS-CCD-S1-S-NN-FW control unit operates with a compatible power supply unit to form a rapid response and cost effective drive controller that can be used with a wide range of production and processing machines including metal forming machines, food processing machines and lots more. Under ideal operating conditions, the control unit does not generate any noise during operation, it is also free from dangerous chemical substances such as mercury and asbestos.
The control and general operation of the CSH01.2C-PB-EN2-ENS-CCD-S1-S-NN-FW control unit is designed to be easy and safe. It features a standard operator panel which is made up of a one-line display unit and about four pressure sensitive keys though which command instructions can be sent into the controller in real time. The CSH01.2C-PB-EN2-ENS-CCD-S1-S-NN-FW control unit features special connection interfaces that are compatible with a diverse range of encoder designs including the Indradyn motors encoder, Hiperface encoder, 5 V TTL, and the Endat2.1 encoder design. The controller also features the PROFIBUS control communication module.
The CSH01.2C-PB-EN2-ENS-CCD-S1-S-NN-FW is designed to be used at an ambient temperature that falls between 0 to about 40 degree Celsius, however when the control unit is not in operation it can be stored at a temperature as high as 80 degree Celsius. This industrial control unit contains an internal air blower which keeps its operational temperature within a permissible range by forced ventilation.
