The CSH01.2C-NN-ENS-MA1-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is a new-generation advanced control unit produced by Rexroth Indramat to meet the highest performance and operational dynamics demands. This industrial motor is an environmentally friendly device that can support a wide and diverse range of control communication and motor encoder interface. The housing of this industrial control unit is designed to provide it with protection according to the IP20 protection class; this housing is also specially structured to allow for the integration of the control unit into the industrial servo system. This CSH01.2C-NN-ENS-MA1-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW control panel is very safe for industrial applications; however, it is still important to ensure that only highly trained engineers are allowed to handle the operation of this industrial control.

The CSH01.2C-NN-ENS-MA1-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW industrial control unit features a standard operator panel made-up of a one-line display unit and about four pressure-sensitive keys. The operator panel is intended to provide a user-friendly interface for the operator to send and receive information from the control unit in real-time. This industrial control unit features the RS232 serial operation interface and a special optional interface connecting the control unit to high-level control systems. The CSH01.2C-NN-ENS-MA1-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW industrial control unit consumes about 7.5 watts of electrical energy during operation. It also requires a typical inrush current of about 4 amperes. Also, the CSH01.2C-NN-ENS-MA1-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW control unit can generate a leakage current of about 3.5 amperes during operation. To prevent electrical accidents, the control unit has to be securely grounded before it is switched on for operation.
