The design of this control unit is a unique combination of past experiences and some of the latest industrial innovations; this unique combination makes the control unit perfectly suited for a wide range of industrial machines, including metal forming machines, food processing machines, paper converting machines, and lots more. Under normal operating conditions, the CSH01.2C-NN-ENS-EN2-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW industrial control unit does not generate high heat; it also maintains an operational efficiency of about 95 per cent. The CSH01.2C-NN-ENS-EN2-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is designed to be very easy and safe to operate. However, this operational safety is only guaranteed if the motor is handled by industry professionals who are familiar with Rexroth Indramat devices and have gone through the documentation supplied with the controller.

The CSH01.2C-NN-ENS-EN2-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW industrial control unit features encoder interfaces designed for a wide range of motor encoder designs, including the TTL, EnDat2.1, MHD, and MKD industrial motor encoder designs. The control unit is also compatible with the cross-communication command interface. The control unit requires connection to a power supply unit which provides it with the electrical signals it requires for optimum operation. This combination of the control unit and the power unit forms a rapid-response drive controller.

The CSH01.2C-NN-ENS-EN2-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW industrial control unit is designed to be operated at an ambient temperature that falls between 0 to about 40 degrees Celsius. However, when the motor is not in operation, it can withstand an ambient temperature as high as 80 degree Celsius.
