The CSH01.1C-SE-NNN-NNN-NNN-L2-S-XP-FW is a new-generation industrial control unit designed by Rexroth Indramt to control the speed, position, and general operation of electrical motors used in industrial production and processing applications. This industrial motor is a compact device with a housing unit designed to provide it with a high degree of protection against large foreign substances with an external diameter larger than 12 millimetres. This industrial control unit requires a connection to a compatible power supply unit to form a complete drive controller. During operation, the CSH01.1C-SE-NNN-NNN-NNN-L2-S-XP-FW control unit does not generate a lot of noise; this makes it possible for industrial operators to use the control unit at any time without the risk of environmental disturbance. Although the housing of this control unit provides protection against large solid substances, for complete protection, the converter should be installed into an additional control cabinet that can provide protection that meets at least the IP54 protection class.
The CSH01.1C-SE-NNN-NNN-NNN-L2-S-XP-FW industrial control unit features a standard control panel which contains a special keypad with four pressure-sensitive keys and a one-line display unit. The standard control panel functions as a user-friendly interface through which the industrial operator can interact with the control unit in real-time. A “Safe Torque Off” integrated safety technology is also integrated into this industrial control unit. This safety technology provides the industrial operator with additional protection by preventing the sudden and unexpected restart of electrical motors connected to the control unit.
The CSH01.1C-SE-NNN-NNN-NNN-L2-S-XP-FW industrial control unit is designed to operate at an ambient temperature between 0 to about 40 degrees Celsius. However, if the control unit is not in operation, it can be stored at a temperature as high as 80 degree Celsius.
