The CSH01.1C-SE-NNN-NNN-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW is an advanced industrial control unit designed by Rexroth Indramat to provide an economical solution for the control of electrical motors used in industrial production and processing machines. This control unit maintains a scalable operational performance and functionality and features a housing unit designed to provide protection according to the IP20 protection class. This control unit is designed to operate with a compatible power unit to form a fully functioning drive controller. Although integrating the control unit into the power unit is often carried out before the controller is supplied to the end user, these two machine components can also be delivered separately. The CSH01.1C-SE-NNN-NNN-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW industrial control unit also features a standard control panel comprising a one-line display unit and four pressure-sensitive keys. The control panel provide the end user with a friendly interface through which the operation of the control unit can be accurately monitored and controlled.
The CSH01.1C-SE-NNN-NNN-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW industrial control unit features an encoder emulation interface, and the SERCOS II command communication interface which controls the exchange of digital information between the control unit and all other parts of the industrial servo system. The CSH01.1C-SE-NNN-NNN-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW control unit is not supplied with a firmware module; however, the end-user can order these as a separate unit.
The CSH01.1C-SE-NNN-NNN-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW industrial control unit can be used with a wide range of industrial motor series, including the MAD asynchronous motor, the MSK linear motors, the frameless synchronous spindle motors and the synchronous torque motors. The housing of this industrial motor also features a special multi-media slot through which a multi-media card containing configuration instructions can be inserted and accessed by the control unit.
