Bosch Rexroth Indramat produces the CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-MEM-NNN-S2-S-XP-FW controller within the CSH Advanced Controllers series. It functions as a modular axis control card for IndraDrive systems, executing position, velocity, and torque loops in synchronized multi-axis machinery. By combining fieldbus communication, feedback scaling, and safety logic in one unit, it reduces cabinet wiring and supports motion control in packaging, handling, and processing equipment.

The controller samples analog command signals with a 12-bit converter, giving 4096 discrete levels for speed or torque references, and it reproduces feedback voltages at 19.5 mV/inc for detailed monitoring. Core electronics draw only 7.5 W from the power backplane, which helps keep cabinet heat low during normal operation. On the discrete side, the board provides 11 digital inputs for homing sensors or limit switches and 4 digital outputs for relay control or status signaling to other devices. Four encoder sockets accept IndraDyn, Hiperface, 1 Vpp, or TTL feedback formats with internal transducer power, and real-time axis coordination is handled through the SERCOS interface master port while a standard control panel allows local jogging and diagnostic display.

During power-up, the board briefly draws 4 A of inrush current before settling to its nominal operating consumption.
