High-speed bus traffic is sustained at up to 16 MBaud, keeping update cycles short when many parameters are exchanged. With encoder emulation active, the card delivers pulse streams at 1 MHz that remain accurate over a cable length of 40 m, allowing remote devices to mirror axis position without a separate feedback source. Safety Technology I/O is built in, and dual-channel inputs accept 24 V signals at 3 mA while the internal supply can source 1.6 A for light curtains or switches.
