The CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-EN2-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW is a modular motion-logic controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the CSH Advanced Controllers series. The unit mounts on a compatible power section to form a drive assembly and supervises one mechanical axis, issuing precise velocity and position commands to the connected inverter during closed-loop motion control. It combines communication, feedback processing, and local I/O on a single board. This arrangement reduces cabinet space requirements in automated handling, packaging, and assembly stations.

A single SERCOS II optical interface links the controller to the drive network, while an auxiliary RS-232 port supports service access. The board provides 1 analog input for sensor scaling and 2 analog outputs that can source up to 1 mA at a 5 V reference level. Sixteen digital inputs accept 24 V logic and each channel draws 3 mA, while eight digital outputs switch 24 V loads at up to 0.5 A per channel. Electrical supply is derived from a control bus of 24 V DC; at power-up the module draws an inrush current of 4 A for 100 ms before settling to 21.5 W. An operator panel in the standard format provides basic parameter entry and status LEDs for local indication, and the electronics are rated for 20 mount-and-dismount cycles.

The feedback side uses two dedicated sockets. The first follows the IndraDyn/HIPERFACE/1 Vpp protocol, and the second is coded as EN2 for EnDat 2.1, 1 Vpp, or 5 V TTL signals, allowing mixed-sensor installations on a single machine axis without extra interface hardware. Functional safety is integrated through the certified Safe Torque Off channel, which is wired through one safety technology slot. For auxiliary loads, the controller can supply up to 1.1 A to the 24 V output group.
