The CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-EN2-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW control section is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the CSH Advanced Controllers series. Installed on an IndraDrive base unit, this module governs motion for a single motor axis, translating PLC commands into precise position and torque responses. It integrates the encoder interfaces, fieldbus transceiver, and all real-time control loops required in packaging machinery, pick-and-place robots, and similar industrial automation where compact, card-level servo control is preferred. Through tightly timed loops, it maintains deterministic behavior even when cycle times drop below one millisecond.

This section controls 1 axis, exchanging deterministic setpoints with the master controller over the fiber-optic SERCOS II network. A diagnostic analog output supports loads down to 5 kΩ, making it suitable for direct oscilloscope or process recorder inputs. Each of the eight configurable digital outputs can source up to 500 mA, and the collective limit for a group is 1000 mA to prevent trace overheating. Feedback versatility is provided by the ENS primary encoder port and the secondary EN2 port, so absolute or incremental transducers can be used simultaneously. Option 3 activates encoder emulation, generating synthetic quadrature or marker signals for downstream devices.
