Product Description:

The Bosch Rexroth CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-EN2-MA1-S1-S-NN-FW is a CSH01.1 series advanced control section. The CSH series is one of the series of control sections that are developed by Bosch for its IndraDrive controllers. Usually each controller is supplied as a complete and assembled unit. The controller components are the control section, a power section, firmware and a control panel. Multiple types of control panels are available for configuring and monitoring the controllers. The CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-EN2-MA1-S1-S-NN-FW is compatible with a standard control panel. It is a modular device that is comprised of a basic unit with optional hardware modules. A total of four slots are available on the controller. All of these slots are occupied by different hardware modules. The safety module installed in slot 4 supports safety technology I/O. This module enables functions such as reduced speed, drive interlock and standstill.

An analog I/O extension module is also installed on the CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-EN2-MA1-S1-S-NN-FW. This module is used to increase the total available analog I/Os on the controller. Two encoder modules are also installed: these are an encoder EnDat 2.1 module and an encoder IndraDyn module. Each CSH control section is supplied with a master communication interface. The master interface on the CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-EN2-MA1-S1-S-NN-FW is SERCOS, which allows high-speed communication between control devices over fiber optic cables. The SERCOS nodes are deployed in ring topology. This topology prevents loss of communication if a single SERCOS node is disabled or if a single fiber optic cable is cut or damaged. The CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-EN2-MA1-S1-S-NN-FW operates at 24 Volts DC which is supplied by the power section. The operating temperature range for the device is 0 to 40 degrees Celsius. The control section and other control equipment should only be operated by trained personnel.
