The CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-EN1-NNN-S2-S-XP-FW control section is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the CSH Advanced Controllers series. Intended for IndraDrive servo platforms, this module provides motion logic, fieldbus interfacing, and peripheral signal processing so motors, sensors, and actuators can be coordinated inside an industrial automation cell. It installs inside the drive rack, using the drive DC bus and encoder feedback to close position loops with minimal panel wiring.

Its two differential analog inputs accept signals up to ±10 V, and each channel presents a high input resistance of 160 kΩ, which minimizes loading on process transmitters. The single analog output has a resolution of 19.5 mV/inc for drive-level reference generation. Six digital inputs operate at 24 V / 3 mA, while four digital outputs can source up to 24 V / 0.5 A to small relays or optical devices. Real-time communication with the drive and external PLCs occurs over the SERCOS II control bus, and fast edge capture is assisted by a 4 µs probe pulse width. IndraDyn and Hiperface encoder ports permit direct connection of absolute or incremental feedback, and a dedicated interface supports MHD and MKD motor sensors. A MultiMediaCard slot provides removable program storage, while the third controller slot is not equipped in this configuration. For discrete safety circuits, a relay contact rated at DC 24 V / 1 A is available.

In single-axis installations, the board manages 1 drive channel and employs the certified Safe Motion feature set to enforce speed and position limits internally. Diagnostics and service access are handled through the RS-232 service interface, whose Mini-DIN 8-pin plug allows cable lengths up to 15 m. This arrangement suits compact handling modules, pick-and-place gantries, and feeder lines that require reduced external wiring and do not use separate safety relays.
