The Bosch CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-EN1-NNN-L1-S-NN-FW is a digital control section. Operators can use controllers with this control section for motor control in industrial applications. Typical applications for IndraDrive controllers include printing machines, handling systems, and machine tools. Each IndraDrive controller is comprised of a control section and a power section. Bosch provides several types of control sections including basic, basic universal and advanced. The control sections differ with regard to configurability, available interfaces and the cycle times or switching frequencies (pulse frequencies). The CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-EN1-NNN-L1-S-NN-FW is an advanced control section that is configurable. It is compatible with a standard control panel. Operators must connect/disconnect the control panel when the control section is powered off. The CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-EN1-NNN-L1-S-NN-FW is equipped with SERCOS communication, two encoder interfaces and a safety module.
The safety module installed on the CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-EN1-NNN-L1-S-NN-FW supports starting lockout. The encoder modules are encoder HSF/RSF and encoder IndraDyn/Hiperface. One slot for an additional hardware module is available on the control section. Firmware for the CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-EN1-NNN-L1-S-NN-FW must be ordered as a separate subposition. To identify the installed firmware version, operators can read information printed on the firmware type plate that is attached to the control section. Another type plate is attached to the control section and lists relevant details related to the hardware. The CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-EN1-NNN-L1-S-NN-FW plugs into a power section that provides DC power. A type plate is also attached to the power section. Operators must verify information on these type plates when they receive the equipment.
