Product Description:

The CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-EN1-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW is an advanced control section for Bosch IndraDrive controllers. It is designed for industrial application. Type plates attached to the unit allow equipment identification. There is one type plate that identifies the control section and a separate type plate that identifies the installed firmware. Bosch offers multiple firmware that operators can select based on application requirements. Firmware for CSH control section must be ordered as a separate item. The CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-EN1-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW mounts onto a power section. A type plate is also attached to the power section. The control section features a RS-232 interface for connection to serial-enabled devices. Current control cycle times supported by the CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-EN1-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW are 62.5 and 125 microseconds. Velocity control cycle times supported by the device are 125 and 250 microseconds. Supported position control cycle times include 250 and 500 microseconds.

The minimum SERCOS cycle time is 250 microseconds. Multiple switching frequencies are supported including 2 kilohertz, 4 kilohertz, 8 kilohertz, 12 kilohertz and 16 kilohertz. A digital I/O extension module installed on the CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-EN1-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW also supports connection to SSI encoder interfaces. The safety module installed on the control section support safe torque off. Two encoder modules are also installed including an encoder HSF/RSF module and an encoder IndraDyn/Hiperface module. The master communication interface is SERCOS, which is a standard for high speed serial communication. SERCOS uses a master/slave design to exchange data between bus devices in line or ring topologies. Operators can use a standard control panel to configure the control section. This type of control panel does not support hot plug and must be connected before the control section is turned on. The control section cools via convection cooling.
