The CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-EN1-EN2-L1-S-NN-FW is an industrial electrical motor control unit manufactured by the reputable Rexroth Indramat to operate in combination with a compatible power supply unit and form a sophisticated drive controller that can accurately control the general operation of synchronous, induction and asynchronous motors used in industrial production and processing systems. This electrical motor controller is produced through an environmentally friendly process, before it is supplied to the end user, it is tested and certified to meet international quality standards, and it is also fitted with a type label that contains important identification information about the controller. The housing of the CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-EN1-EN2-L1-S-NN-FW electrical controller is designed to provide it with a high degree of protection against large solid foreign substances, however, for complete protection, the controller should be installed into an additional control cabinet that meets at least the IP54 protection class.
The CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-EN1-EN2-L1-S-NN-FW electrical controller contains an internal air blower which is designed to keep the heat generated in the controller during operation within a permissible range. Unlike conventional industrial machines, this controller features the Safe Torque Off integrated safety technology which is designed to prevent the electric motor connected to the controller from restarting when the controller is not in operation.
The CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-EN1-EN2-L1-S-NN-FW electrical controller connects with the industrial motor through two major types of electrical cables; the power cable and the motor feedback cable. The power cable supplies the motor with the electrical energy it requires for optimum operation, while the motor feedback cable is in the transmission of kinetic energy between the encoder of the motor and the controller. The CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-EN1-EN2-L1-S-NN-FW electrical controller also features a user-friendly control panel through which the industrial operator can interact with the controller in real-time.
