The CSH01.1C-SE-EN2-NNN-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW is a single-axis motion controller card from Bosch Rexroth Indramat in the CSH Advanced Controllers series. Installed in modular drive racks, it provides the processing layer that calculates speed, torque, and position loops for servo or spindle drives used on packaging lines, handling robots, and machining centers, where synchronized axis behavior is required during acceleration, contouring, and stopping. By supporting selectable communication and feedback options, the card links fieldbus networks with drive inverters and allows coordinated multi-axis motion under a single program, which helps the control system keep multiple machine functions aligned during production.

The card accepts a control supply of 24 V DC, so auxiliary power remains isolated from the main bus and can stay active during an emergency stop for diagnostic retention. Environmental exposure is limited because the electronics sit behind an IP20 open-style housing, which is suitable for clean, cabinet-mounted installations. Command exchange with higher-level PLCs is handled through the SERCOS master interface, which provides deterministic cyclic data and real-time parameter access. This arrangement supports cycle-synchronous command updates and status exchange between the controller and the surrounding drive system. Resolver, sine-cosine, and incremental encoder signals are evaluated through the Multi-Encoder 2 feedback port, allowing mixed sensor topologies on the same axis when the connected motor and application require different forms of position feedback.

This hardware is delivered in the Standard design variant, so it follows the base electrical layout without expansion daughterboards. The operating code is ordered separately, which allows the software level to be matched to the target drive generation. The controller has no optional interfaces fitted, so the available communication and feedback connections remain limited to the installed configuration. It also incorporates no safety technology, so emergency-stop or safe-torque-off functions must be provided by external devices or by the connected drive system.
