The CSH01.1C-SE-EN2-ENS-NNN-S2-S-NN-FW is a single-axis motion control card produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the CSH Advanced Controllers series. Designed for installation inside an IndraDrive drive stack, the module handles axis processing, fieldbus communication, and onboard safety functions in automated equipment. It sends position, velocity, and torque commands to the power section while receiving encoder feedback, which allows deterministic closed-loop control in CNC machines and material-handling systems. Because the control card is installed within the drive assembly, command generation and feedback handling remain closely integrated with the power electronics.

With a base consumption of 7.5 W, the controller adds only a small thermal load to the cabinet. During power-up, it draws an inrush current of 4 A before reaching steady-state operation. Process data are exchanged over SERCOS II, while a separate RS232 link supports diagnostics and direct local access. The analog monitor channel can source 1 mA into a load of up to 5 kΩ and provides a reference-tracking signal for external observation. This output is useful for viewing command behavior and signal trends during adjustment or fault analysis.

For feedback processing, the primary channel can deliver up to 350 mA through an EnDat 2.1, 1 Vpp, or 5 V TTL interface supplied from an isolated 5.0 V rail. The secondary port supports IndraDyn or Hiperface sensors and can supply 500 mA from an internal 11.6 V source, which helps maintain stable operation over longer cable runs. Integrated Safe Motion supervises speed, position, and stop functions directly on the card. Keeping these safety functions on the module shortens the signal path and reduces dependence on external relays in multi-axis presses and gantries. This arrangement also allows the drive to work with several common feedback types without added interface modules.
