The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-NNN-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW is a new-generation industrial control device produced by Rexroth Indramat to operate with a power supply device and from a standard drive controller that can independently control and monitor the operation of synchronous, asynchronous, linear and induction motors used in the industrial servo system. This control device is manufactured according to the IP20 protection class; it features a compact design and can be configured to meet the operational requirements of a wide range of industrial production and processing machines, such as metal forming machines, food processing machines, textile machines, and lots more. Although the housing of this industrial synchronous motor provides a fairly high degree of protection against large solid foreign substances, for optimum protection against liquid and small liquid interference, the converter should be integrated into an additional control cabinet that can provide minimum protection that meets the IP54 protection class.
The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-NNN-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW industrial converter features a standard control panel which is made up of a one-line display unit and keypad through which the end user can send command information into the control panel in real-time. This control panel features about 7-11 digital inputs and 2 digital outputs; it also features an analog input and two analog output units.
The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-NNN-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW control unit features a SERCOS interface master communication module which controls the exchange of digital signals between the converter and all other parts of the industrial servo system. The permissible ambient temperature for the operation of this industrial control device falls between 0 to about 40 degree Celsius; the operation of the controller above this temperature can cause it to overheat at a rate that can not be maintained by the temperature regulation system of the controller.
