The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-NNN-MEM-L1-S-NN-FW is a state-of-the-art industrial machine designed by Rexroth Indramat to improve the operational efficiency of industrial production and processing systems by accurately controlling the position, speed and general operation of electrical motors supplying the machines with kinetic energy. This control device functions as an economical solution for industrial applications with the highest requirements in terms of performance and sophistication. The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-NNN-MEM-L1-S-NN-FW is designed with a standard control panel designed to provide industrial operators with a user-friendly interface through which they can interact and control the operation of the control device according to the instructions in the documentation of the converter. The housing of this industrial converter contains a high metal content; however, it is also designed to provide protection against large solid foreign substances; for complete protection, the converter should be installed into another control cabinet that can provide minimum protection that meets the IP54 protection class.
The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-NNN-MEM-L1-S-NN-FW industrial control unit is not supplied with a firmware module; however, this can be ordered by the end-user as a separate unit depending on the operational requirement of the industrial application the control device is required for. This control unit also features two major optional modules; the MEM encoder emulator and the HSF encoder optional module.
The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-NNN-MEM-L1-S-NN-FW control device requires connection to special accessories for optimum operation; these accessories include the fibre optic cables, the signal level converter, and an adapter. All additional accessories used with this industrial control device must meet international quality standards as stated in the documentation supplied with the industrial control device. The maximum permissible installation height suitable for this industrial control device is about 1000 meters above sea level.
