CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-NNN-MD1-S2-S-NN-FW is a control unit for IndraDrive controllers. Each IndraDrive controller has two main components, which are a power section and a control section. The function of the power section is to convert AC input to DC output, which is supplied to the control section. The control section contains several components including a digital processor, control interfaces and communication interfaces. The control section also has slots for optional plug in modules. Several plug in modules are available, and operators can order them separately or include them in the order for the control unit. Bosch usually supplies completely assembled controllers. In unique circumstances, controller components, including power section and control section, can be supplied separately. When supplied separately, trained personnel must assemble the power section and control section.
Controls sections mounts vertically onto the power section. They draw power from the power section. Additionally, all plug in modules draw additional power from the power section. CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-NNN-MD1-S2-S-NN-FW is a configurable control section which belongs to the category of advanced CSH control section. It is only compatible with a standard control panel that does not support hot plug. Therefore the control panel must be connected before the control panel is powered on. Master communication interface on the controller is SERCOS, which is a high-speed serial interface designed for control automation applications. An encoder HSF/RSF module is also installed on the control section. In addition, a digital I/O extension modoule and a safety module are also installed. The safety module supports safe motion, which enables a wide range of safety functions including safe parking axis, safe stop, safe parking speed, and safe communication. Operators must order control section firmware as a separate item.
