CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-NNN-MA1-S2-S-NN-FW is a control unit for Bosch drive controllers that are part of the IndraDrive product line. Three categories of control units are available: basic, basic universal, and advanced. Control units from these categories differ in terms of features and the applications for which they are optimized. The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-NNN-MA1-S2-S-NN-FW is an advanced control unit that operators can use for single-axis control applications. It is configurable and works only with standard control panels. The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-NNN-MA1-S2-S-NN-FW has one slot configuration slot for safety technology. A factory-stalled safety module on the control unit supports safe motion. Safe motion allows different application-related safety functions, such safe stop 1 (Emergency stop), safe maximum speed, safely-limited speed, safely-limited increment, safe direction, safely-monitored position, safely-limited position, safely-limited position, positive, safely-limited position, negative, safe homing procedure, safe braking and holding system, safely-monitored deceleration, safe communication, safe door locking, safe diagnostic outputs, safe inputs/outputs, safe parking axis, and single-axis acknowledgment.
The safe motion option can only be used with an encoder. Integrated features supported by the CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-NNN-MA1-S2-S-NN-FW include SERCOS master communication and an encoder HSF/RSF module. The encoder module is designed for encoder systems with a supply voltage of 8 Volts DC or 18.2 Volts AC peak-peak, such as digital servo feedback by Rexroth (encoder interface HSF for MHD motors), resolver (encoder interface for MKD motors), and resolver without data memory. An optional analog I/O extension module adds two differential analog input channels and two analog output channels. The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-NNN-MA1-S2-S-NN-FW is a device that plugs into a power section. The power section accepts AC input and supplies DC voltages for the control section components. When supplied separately, only trained personnel must assemble or disassemble the control unit and power section.
