Product Description:

The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-ENS-EN2-S2-S-NN-FW is a digital control unit. It performs functions related to motor control on IndraDrive controllers. Bosch has designed the control unit with slots that can accommodate optional modules. The flexibility provided by this slot-based architecture gives operators flexibility that they can use to match controllers to application requirements. The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-ENS-EN2-S2-S-NN-FW has three slots for plug in modules and one slot for a safety module. It comes with several factory-installed modules that include one safety module and three encoder modules. The safety module supports safe motion, a technology that is designed to protect people from uncontrolled machine movements. One of the encoder modules on the CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-ENS-EN2-S2-S-NN-FW is an encoder HSF/RSF, which is designed for encoder systems with a supply voltage of DC 8 V or AC 18.2 V peak-peak.

This encoder module supports the following: digital servo feedback by Rexroth (encoder interface HSF for MHD motors), resolver (encoder interface for MKD motors), resolver without data memory and Hall sensor box SHL01.1 (for position detection of the primary part of IndraDyn L and LSF motors. Another encoder module on the CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-ENS-EN2-S2-S-NN-FW is equipped with an EnDat 2.1 interface. It is designed for encoders with a supply voltage of 5 Volts, and supports the following: sin-cos encoder 1 Vpp; EnDat 2.1; with Sense lines, sin-cos encoder 1 Vpp; with reference track and 5V-TTL square-wave encoder; with reference track. The third encoder module on the CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-ENS-EN2-S2-S-NN-FW is an encoder IndraDyn/Hiperface module. It is designed for encoders with a supply voltage of 12 volts and supports the following: encoder system of IndraDyn S motors (MSK motors), sin-cos encoder 1 Vpp; HIPERFACE®, sin-cos encoder 1 Vpp; EnDat 2.1, sin-cos encoder 1 Vpp; with reference track and 5V-TTL square-wave encoder; with reference track.
