CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN2-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW is a modular control section. It performs processing functions required for accurate motor control. Control sections are one of the main components of Bosch IndraDrive controllers. Additional controller components include firmware, a power section and a compatible control panel. IndraDrive drive controllers are systems that are used to control the movement of electric motors. They can be used in a variety of applications, including in factory automation, material handling, and robotics. A control section in a Bosch drive system is responsible for controlling the operation of the electric motor. This can include the control electronics, power electronics, and other components that work together to regulate the speed, torque, and direction of the motor. The control section of a Bosch drive system may also include sensors and other inputs that are used to monitor the performance of the system and to adjust the control signals accordingly.
One of the integrated features supported by the CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN2-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW is a SERCOS communication interface. Optional features supported by the controller include an encoder HSF/RSF module and an encoder module with EnDat 2.1 interface. The control section has two additional slots for optional modules. One of these slots can accommodate encoder modules, encoder emulation modules and digital or analog I/O modules. The second vacant slot is designated for a safety module. Operators can use a standard control panel to configure and monitor the CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN2-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW control section. The control panel must be connected prior to controller power on, otherwise it will not be recognized. The control panel has a single-line display and four buttons for menu and command selection. Operators can use the control panel to set the drive address, set the SERCOS transmission power and issue other commands.
