The Bosch CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN2-NNN-L2-S-K2-FW is a digital control section. Operators can order three different types of control sections for their IndraDrive controllers: basic, advanced and basic universal. The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN2-NNN-L2-S-K2-FW is an advanced control section that is designed for use in single-axis drives and control tasks. Typical applications for IndraDrive controllers include handling and mounting systems, packaging and food machines, printing and paper processing machines and machine tools. Drive controllers may only be operated under the assembly and installation conditions described in this documentation, in the specified position of normal use and under the specified ambient conditions. for identification purposes, each controls has type plate with the following information: type, part number, serial number, bar code, hardware index and production week. Each control section has a firmware type plate with the following information: bar code, type, factory identifier, production week and serial number.
Firmware for the controls section must be ordered separately from the hardware. The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN2-NNN-L2-S-K2-FW is a configurable control section with an RS-232 serial communication interface. Integrated features supported by the CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN2-NNN-L2-S-K2-FW include SERCOS communication. Two encoder modules are installed on the unit including an encoder with EnDat 2.1 interface and an encoder HSF/RSF. The control section also features a safety module that supports safe torque off. Operators can use a standard control panel to configure and monitor the control section. Standard control panels for CHS control sections do not support hot plug. For this reason they must be connected before the controller is switched on. The control section plugs into a power section. To prevent hardware damage, Bosch recommends limiting to 20 the number of times that a control section and power section belonging to a controller and assembled and disassembled.
