The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN2-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW is a motion control processor card from Bosch Rexroth Indramat in the CSH Advanced Controllers series. Installed in an IndraDrive modular stack, it coordinates servo axes, processes feedback, and exchanges real-time data with higher-level PLCs to automate presses, packaging lines, and handling systems. Its architecture integrates fieldbus communication, safety logic, and encoder handling on one board, providing deterministic command execution for demanding industrial applications. Because these functions are combined on one board, the controller can coordinate multiple axes while handling feedback and safety tasks inside the same drive assembly. This arrangement suits modular drive systems that require tightly timed motion control across several connected machine functions.

The controller draws only 7.5 W of base power. It communicates over SERCOS II, and the ring can run at 16 MBaud for sub-millisecond cycles. Each analog channel can source 1 mA, and the digital block supplies 0.5 A for relay actuation. Safe Motion permits shutdown without a separate safety relay. The card supports absolute or incremental emulation, provides Resolver/HSF on encoder port 1, and accepts EnDat 2.1, 1 Vpp, or TTL signals on encoder port 2. Dedicated sensor supply lines are also available for the connected feedback devices.

The embedded memory interface streams position data over lines up to 40 m in length and can toggle the strobe at 1 MHz, enabling high-resolution capture from linear scales. Serial servicing is available through the RS-232 port, which reaches 115 kBaud for diagnostics and data backup during routine service work. A changeover relay rated at 24 V DC / 1 A is present for enable control. The card's analog channel furnishes a precise 5 V reference for external setpoints, and twin encoder supplies isolate feedback commons. Digital outputs are protected against short circuits, and the safety function monitors velocity and position in real time before permitting torque.
