The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN2-MD1-S1-S-NN-FW is an advanced industrial motor control device manufactured by Rexroth Indramat through an environmentally friendly and highly efficient production process to meet the highest industrial demands in performance and operational dynamics. This control device is designed to function as the ideal platform for the drive-integrated PLC, and the IndraMotion MLD. The housing of this industrial motor control device is designed to provide protection against large foreign solid materials with an external diameter larger than 12 millimetres. Under normal operating conditions, this industrial control device can maintain an operational efficiency as high as 95 per cent for more than five years without the risk of a sudden breakdown or operational inefficiency. This control device is tested and certified to meet international standards before it is delivered to the end user, the controller is also fitted with a type label that makes its identification very easy as soon as it is delivered to the end user.
The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN2-MD1-S1-S-NN-FW industrial control device features two major encoder interfaces; the EN1 and the EN2 interface. The EN1 encoder interface is designed to be compatible with the MHD and MKD industrial motor encoder, while the EN2 encoder interface is compatible with the EnDAT 2.1, 1 VPP, and 5 VTTL industrial motor encoder. To start up this industrial control device, all that is required is a Personal computer, and the engineering tool IndraWorks, however, the handling of the control device should be carried out by highly trained engineers who are familiar with the Rexroth Indramat device.
The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN2-MD1-S1-S-NN-FW industrial controller is designed to be extremely safe under ideal operation, it features a safe motion safety technology which prevents the drive from starting off unexpectedly.
