The CSH series of the control sections is made to be used in drive controllers manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. These control units are allowed to be installed at a height of 1000 meters above sea level. The manufacturer recommends using them in a separate control cabinet. The CSH01.1C-S3-ENS-NNM-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW model of the control section falls in the CSH01 family of advanced control modules with latest drive control features and a number of input/output ports. The CSH01.1 control section uses SERCOS III communication interface. At the terminal X4, this module is engineered to offer support for various encoders interface including HIPERFACE, 1 Vpp, TTL and encoders for IndraDyn series. The ‘C’ in the type code denotes that the device is configurable and must be configured prior to the operation. The configuration may only be done by a certified professional. The connection point X41 is designated for safety feature of ‘Safe Torque Off (STO)’. The ‘S’ represents the incorporation of a standard control panel with a single line display that shows operational stats like voltage, target values, etc. The model CSH01.1C-S3-ENS-NNM-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW firmware is not included in the package and must be ordered separately. The device is compact in size with dimensions as 103mm x 241mm x 49.5mm wide. On the control board, the connection point X7 is designated for memory card slot. The memory card can be used to store the programs for various operation that be loaded easily during functioning. The control panel interface can be connected at the point H1 while the serial interface should be connected at connection point X2. The connection point X31:1 and X32.9 are for digital and analog inputs or outputs. The I/O ports are designed to be operated at 24V.
