The CSH01.1C-S3-ENS-EN2-NNN-NN-S-XP-FW is an industrial control section designed by Rexroth Indramat to control the operation of synchronous and asynchronous motors used in industrial production and processing machines. This control device is a separate component that is designed to be plugged into the power section, which will supply it with the electrical energy it requires to accurately control the operation of the industrial motor. This industrial control device is manufactured according to international standards; it features a unique housing unit designed to protect its internal components from large solid materials. The housing unit of this electrical converter is also specially structured to aid the direct integration of the device into the industrial servo system. Unlike conventional industrial machines, this industrial control unit can meet the operational requirements of a wide range of industrial applications when combined with a compatible firmware module and operating panels. The CSH01.1C-S3-ENS-EN2-NNN-NN-S-XP-FW control unit features about four pressure-sensitive keys through which the industrial operation can send command instructions into the control section in real-time; the control unit also features a one-line display unit that can be used to monitor the operational status of the device in real-time.
The CSH01.1C-S3-ENS-EN2-NNN-NN-S-XP-FW electrical converter is designed to be operated with the SERCOS III master communication module, which controls the communication between the control unit and all other parts of the industrial servo system. The permissible ambient operating temperature for this industrial converter falls between 0 to about 40 degrees Celsius; however, when the converter is not in operation, it can be stored at a temperature as high as 80 degrees Celsius.
