The CSH01.1C-S3-ENS-EN2-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW is a single-axis motion controller module produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the CSH Advanced Controllers series. Designed to slot into IndraDrive hardware stacks, it coordinates servo drives, encoders, and safety I/O inside automated machinery such as packaging stations and material-handling cells. By combining real-time fieldbus communication with onboard encoder processing, the unit generates precise position, velocity, and safety commands that support synchronized motion in industrial automation lines.

The analog input channel accepts a bipolar range of ±10 V, enabling proportional speed or torque commands from external PLC modules. Because the corresponding input resistance is 160 kΩ, signal sources see minimal loading, which helps preserve measurement integrity over long cable runs. Four transistor outputs are provided, and each line can sink or source up to 0.5 A, so the controller can drive contactors or status lamps without additional relays. For networked control, the module acts as a master on the Sercos III bus, exchanging motion data with drives in deterministic 1 ms cycles. Diagnostic access is provided through the integrated RS232 service port, which supports parameter uploads and service communication.

The housing stands 241 mm tall, extends 103 mm deep, and measures 49.5 mm across the front, allowing dense mounting in control cabinet channels. Two form-C relay contacts switch auxiliary loads up to 1 A at DC 24 V, while a separate option slot provides encoder emulation pulses for legacy drive feedback.
