The CSH01.1C-S3-ENS-EN2-MD2-S2-S-NN-FW is a single-axis controller from the CSH Advanced Controllers series built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. It mounts in an IndraDrive cabinet and executes drive regulation, encoder processing, and safety monitoring for servo or spindle axes. By combining motion control, fieldbus communication, and safe shutdown logic in one plug-in card, the unit simplifies centralized automation architectures and reduces panel depth.

At the network layer, it exchanges real-time data via SERCOS III, allowing deterministic drive coordination across multi-node loops. Base electronics draw only 7.5 W from the control cabinet supply, which helps minimize heat. Position feedback is accepted through two encoder ports: the first supports IndraDyn and HIPERFACE 1 Vpp signals, while the second handles EnDat 2.1, 1 Vpp, and 5 V TTL formats for incremental or absolute sensing.
