The CSH01.1C-S3-ENS-EN2-MA1-S2-S-NN-FW is a drive control card manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the CSH Advanced Controllers series. Inserted in an IndraDrive rack, it coordinates motion for several servo axes used in packaging, printing, and assembly cells. The card processes encoder data, discrete inputs, and analog references to calculate position, speed, and torque commands that it sends to the connected power stage each control cycle. By concentrating loop processing on this module, machine builders can separate power electronics from control logic and scale axis counts without enlarging cabinet depth.

A combined terminal block provides 4 channels selectable as sourcing inputs or outputs and supported by an internal supply limited to 24 V, 0.5 A. Deterministic bus traffic runs over Sercos III, delivering cyclic position words with sub-millisecond latency, while setup and service commands are accepted through the asynchronous RS232 port. Feedback connectivity is split between X4, which accommodates IndraDyn, Hiperface, 1 Vss, and TTL encoders, and X8, which accepts EnDat 2.1 alongside 1 Vss or TTL formats. When risk reduction is required, the integrated Safe Motion (SIL2) package supervises velocity, standstill, and direction directly in the control card, allowing category-compliant shutdown without external safety relays.
