The CSH01.1C-S3-ENS-EN1-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW is an exceptionally powerful controller module. It is used for challenging motion control applications. It comes with the S3 encoder interface for broad compatibility with numerous feedback devices such as 1 Vpp and TTL encoders, Hiperface, EnDat 2.1 and 2.2, SSI, resolver, and analog SinCos encoders. Its broad compatibility makes it easily integrated with all motor and feedback configurations, and to deliver high-resolution position and speed control for diversified machine configurations. The controller has a single Ethernet-based communication interface (ENS), which provides fast and secure data transfer to higher-level control systems or industrial networks. It is made for direct power supply from the IndraDrive power section. It comes without an external supply. It has easy panel design and wiring. This module comes with the L2 cold plate method of cooling, which is efficient for thermal management through conductive heat dissipation, and suitable for tightly enclosed cabinets or systems with restricted airflow requirements. It comes with firmware not pre-installed (FW), which provides the user with the facility to load only the firmware appropriate to their application, which is of great value in customized or dynamic machine control systems.
