The CSH01.1C-S3-EN2-NNN-NNN-S2-S-XP-FW is a single-axis motion and logic controller built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the CSH Advanced Controllers series. Installed in a modular drive cabinet, it coordinates servo drives, field devices, and safety modules through real-time communication. Within an automation cell, the unit issues position commands, gathers feedback, and executes drive-based safety so that CNC stations, handling robots, and material-processing machines maintain synchronized operation. Its single-axis design is intended for applications that need dedicated control of one motion channel without requiring a separate multi-axis control platform.

Command traffic moves across the SERCOS III interface for cyclic data exchange with the drive. Discrete input signals are processed at 24 V / 3 mA, while output signals are switched at 24 V / 0.5 A, allowing direct connection of light-duty sensors, relays, and interposing devices without extra signal converters. The encoder section provides a regulated supply of 5.0 V and can source up to 350 mA, which supports external feedback devices while maintaining stable signal transmission over shielded cabling. This arrangement allows the controller to combine motion commands, status monitoring, and feedback evaluation in one compact control stage.

The controller includes an EN2 interface, allowing connection of EnDat 2.1, 1 Vpp sinusoidal, or 5 V TTL encoders without an added expansion card.
