The CSH01.1C-S3-EN2-EN2-NNN-S1-S-NN-FW device is a control section from the CSH series of Rexroth Indramat. The device must be installed under 1000 MSL altitude with temperature maintained in a specified range of 0 - 40 degree Celsius. The CSH01.1 control section uses the latest communication interface (SERCOS III) for effective communication with elements of the circuit. The module is compatible with state-of-the-art drive controllers owing to its support for various optical encoder systems. The unit provides configuration support for EnDat 2.1, TTL, and 1Vpp. Considering the importance of safety in an automated system, this unit is designed to have safety technology for I/O. The permissible relative humidity for the CSH01.1 control section ranges from 5 - 95%. The control section may only be used in conjunction with devices approved by Rexroth Indramat. This model is configurable and must be configured prior to operation. For your convenience in configuration and operation, a standard-sized control panel is provided. The panel comes with four navigation keys that assist with the operation.
The model CSH01.1C-S3-EN2-EN2-NNN-S1-S-NN-FW performs well in specified ambiances. The control section should be kept away from high heat-emitting devices. To prevent distortion in the data line, it should be kept away from electromagnetic radioactive devices. The unit is IP20-protected and should be handled with care during transportation and commissioning. Only a commissioning engineer or trained service technician may be awarded the job of installation.
