The CSH01.1C-PL-ENS-NNN-NNN-S2-S-NN-FW is a control section produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the CSH Advanced Controllers series. This module accepts a DC input of 24 V, and its inrush demand is limited to 4 A so cabinet power supplies do not need to be oversized during startup. An analog command channel with 160 kΩ input impedance minimizes loading on upstream sensors, while each digital output can source up to 0.5 A for direct actuation of contactors or indicator lamps. Speed and position feedback arrive through the multi-protocol IndraDyn/HIPERFACE/1 Vss/TTL encoder interface. The master controller connects through a parallel link that allows a maximum pulse width of 100 ms, and signals are routed through a 37-pin D-Sub connector. Encoder supply lines deliver 11.6 V DC at 300 mA, and the parallel section draws 1 W from the control electronics.

Total controller dissipation stays below 7.5 W, while the dedicated encoder stage is limited to 6 W, helping with enclosure cooling calculations. Integrated Safe Motion provides safe torque and speed monitoring without separate safety relays. The board also includes a change-over contact for low-voltage emergency circuits, and a standard control panel is fitted on the front for local access. Power for the encoder, logic core, and I/O cluster comes from the same 24 V bus, which simplifies field wiring and keeps the connected circuits on a common reference. Using one supply source for these sections also reduces separate internal wiring runs.
