The CSH01.1C-PL-ENS-NNN-MEM-S2-S-XP-FW model represents a component of a dependable, programmable single-axis drive controller for machine tools, handling systems, and mounting systems utilized in the printing, packaging, and food processing industries. The CSH01.1 control section is equipped with an encoder emulator requiring 2 W (X10 slot) and a conventional control panel. Improper use of this model, failure to adhere to the safety instructions, or tampering with the product, including disabling safety devices, could result in property damage, bodily harm, electric shock, or even death. The control section is comprised of four digital outputs, a relay contact, and an IndraDyn/hiperface/1Tpp encoder in the X4 slot. The velocity can be adjusted between 125 and 250 microseconds, the current between 62.5 and 125 microseconds, and the placement of the cycle time function between 250 and 500 microseconds. The model is an integral component of Rexroth's drive system and must be utilized within the specified environmental parameters. The width, depth, and height of the CSH01.1 control section are 103mm, 49.5mm, and 241mm, respectively (height).
