Product Description:

The Bosch CSH01.1C-PL-ENS-NNN-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW is a control unit. It performs all processing functions for controllers from the IndraDrive product line. The control unit mounts onto a power section. The power section provides power for the control unit and for the plug in modules installed on the control unit. The power is supplied via the 24 Volts and 0 Volt terminal connectors. Power consumption of the CSH01.1C-PL-ENS-NNN-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW is 7.5 Watts. The inrush current is 4 Amps and the pulse width is 100 milliseconds. Power consumption of the parallel interface for master communication is 1 Watt. Power consumption of the encoder IndraDyn module in slot 1 is 6 Watts. Power consumption of the digital I/O extension module is slot 3 is 1 Watt. In addition to digital I/O the module also supports an SSI encoder interface.

The safety module in slot 4 supports safe torque off. The power consumption of the optional modules does not change the values for inrush current and pulse width. The connection points at control sections are equipped with spring terminals and screw terminal blocks. Spring terminals can be wired with wire ends equipped with or without ferrules. Bosch recommends use of wire ends without ferrules. Bosch recommends use of wire ends with ferrules for screw terminal blocks and use of appropriate crimping tools. Bosch also recommends placing all strands of a stranded wire in the funnel of the terminal connector. Operators can use a standard control panel to configure and monitor the control unit. The firmware for the CSH01.1C-PL-ENS-NNN-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW is ordered as a separate subposition. The control unit includes a slot for a special memory card used for storing firmware and operating data.
