The CSH01.1C-PL-ENS-EN2-NNN-S2-S-NN-FW control section is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the CSH Advanced Controllers series. Installed in a Rexroth drive rack, it executes motion commands, closes current loops, and exchanges status data with the plant PLC so that servo axes follow programmed trajectories in packaging, material-handling, and forming equipment. By hosting certified safety functions on the same board that generates PWM patterns, it simplifies cabinet layouts and shortens reaction paths between feedback devices and power electronics.

Hardware resources are organized for single-axis regulation, dedicating the card to one inverter channel for deterministic timing. Setpoint words and feedback bits are moved over a Parallel Interface whose hard-wired strobes minimize protocol overhead. Machine switches and solenoids connect directly because the digital I/O is integrated on the PCB. The first feedback port accommodates both IndraDyn motors and encoders that communicate with the Hiperface protocol, covering incremental, absolute, and multi-turn formats. Differential step-direction, block, or Hall signals are decoded at 5 V TTL levels, while the analog sine-cosine track is processed at 1 Vpp for high-resolution interpolation, enabling smooth velocity loops even at low speeds.

User interaction and service functions are consolidated on the front edge. Firmware, parameter sets, and trace files can be loaded through one multimedia card slot, permitting rapid replacement without a laptop.
