The CSH01.1C-PL-ENS-EN1-EN2-NN-S-NN-FW is a controller module produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and assigned to the CSH Advanced Controllers series. Internal consumption is limited to 7.5 W, so cabinet power budgeting remains low even when several controllers share a rail. Communication with downstream hardware occurs through a Parallel Interface, providing deterministic bit-level signaling for start, stop, and position requests. A cold-start inrush of 4 A must be accommodated by the power supply. The logic layer accepts 16 parallel inputs and drives 16 parallel outputs, giving direct connectivity for sensors, relays, and interlocks. Three feedback ports support IndraDyn, HIPERFACE, and sinusoidal 1 Vpp signals on Encoder-1; Resolver or HSF formats on Encoder-2; and EnDat 2.1, additional 1 Vpp, or 5 V TTL channels on Encoder-3. Encoder port EN1 is powered by 8 V, while EN2 uses 5 V for low-level resolver electronics. An auxiliary ENS rail supplies 12 V to external transmitters that share the backplane timing. Application parameters are stored on a MultiMediaCard (MMC), which provides removable storage for controller data and allows parameter retention when power is cycled.
