The CSH01.1C-PL-EN1-NNN-NNN-L1-S-NN-FW advanced control section offered by Bosch Rexroth does not include harmful substances like chlorinated hydrocarbons, asbestos, and mercury. This section is sized at 241 x 103 x 49.5mm. The product has a dedicated interface for the control panel. The device requires an external supply voltage at the X31.8 and X31.9 connecting points for its digital outputs as well as outputs. The unit incorporates protection against polarity reversal and incorrect connection of the supply voltage by employing a protective diode in the power supply. Its third and fourth digital inputs work like travel range limit switches while the fifth input functions as a home switch.
This control section has two Type 2 digital inputs that operate like probe inputs. These inputs are rapid inputs that are controlled using bounce-free switching elements to prevent incorrect evaluation. The section installation should take place only in the upright orientation. The product has an EN1 optional module that works like an HSF / RSF encoder at the X4 connector. This module has a typical AC output voltage of 18.2V and a maximum output current rating of 70mA. The single-axis section uses a multimedia card to read and store data comprising operating data, drive parameters, and firmware.
