The CSH01.1C-PL-EN1-NNN-MD1-S1-S-NN-FW controller is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the CSH Advanced Controllers series. As a compact control unit, it slides into an IndraDrive rack to supervise power sections, execute motion sequences, and monitor safety chains. The module translates field sensor data into deterministic position or torque commands, allowing packaging lines, pick-and-place stations, and conveyor cells to achieve synchronized and repeatable cycles in industrial automation. Its rack-mounted format keeps the control electronics close to the drive hardware, which helps maintain orderly signal routing inside the cabinet.

The card draws a base load of 7.5 W from the regulated DC 24 V bus, so cabinet heat rise is minimal. At power-up, its capacitors admit an inrush of 4 A, information used when sizing protective fuses. Communication with the host controller is handled through a Parallel Interface that exposes 16 input lines, and a corresponding bank of sixteen parallel outputs returns machine status flags. This arrangement supports direct exchange of command bits and status signals with machine-level controls that use fixed-width data paths.
