Bosch Rexroth is known for consistently manufacturing relevant solutions in the motion and drive industry. One of its solutions is the Rexroth IndraDrive controller, which consists of a control section and a power section. The control section is a separate component that is plugged into the power section. The Rexroth IndraDrive control sections range from BASIC to BASIC UNIVERSAL and ADVANCED. These differ based on their configurability, the available interfaces, and switching frequencies.
The CSH01.1C-PL-EN1-EN2-MD1-NN-S-NN-FW is a model of the Bosch Rexroth CSH series. It is an ADVANCED single-axis control section. Communication in this model is via the parallel interface, which contains 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs. The control section is equipped with a standard control panel used to set the drive address, establish the position data reference, check the error memory, and launch the basic load defaults procedure. This standard control panel has a single-line display showing operating states, command and error diagnosis, and pending warnings.
The functions of the CSH01.1C-PL-EN1-EN2-MD1-NN-S-NN-FW are enhanced with its optional modules. It has an encoder evaluation interface for resolvers and encoder systems with a DC 8V or AC 18.2V peak-peak supply voltage. Another encoder evaluation interface for encoder systems with a 5V supply voltage is also available. This control section is equipped with a digital inputs/outputs extension made up of 12 digital inputs and 8 digital outputs. It functions with firmware which fixes the function of the drive controller. For adequate function, it should be operated at a maximum ambient temperature of 40°C and relative humidity of 95%. It should also be installed at a maximum height of 1000 m above sea level.
